The role of self doubt

Hello again, my love.
What is the role self doubt plays in our lives?
Self doubt appears every. single. time. we are in season of growth.
Without fail.
How do you know you are in a season of growth?
You know you’re in a season of growth if you are learning or trying something new, if you are challenging your old patterns, if you are doing the work to create your future on purpose.
You are growing whenever you are stretching yourself to keep reaching after what you want, despite all of the limitations that may appear to stand in your way.
Growth is a constant in life. Growth is an amazing thing.
AND growth creates a lot of self doubt.
But self doubt does NOT mean that something has gone wrong. It means something is going exactly right.
Self doubt is NEVER a sign for us to stop growing, stop believing, and switch back into stagnation.
But if we do not understand why self doubt has suddenly appeared or the important role that it is playing, most of us WILL switch into stagnation.
Once we switch from growth to stagnation, we let fear win.
We let the timer run out.
We give up.
Stagnation is the death of growth.
And stagnation comes from not understanding how to process and mange your self doubt.
And not just self doubt. Also your uncertainty. Fear. Insecurity. Anxiety. Shame. Disappointment.
In order to live purposefully in a state of growth, with complete control over your life, you must also learn to live in a state of conscious emotional management.
If you’re finally ready to learn how to mange uncomfortable emotions like these and take back the direction of your life, I invite you to sign up for my one on one coaching program.
This program gives you everything to need to face growth with resilience, confidence, and an unrelenting commitment to your future.
So please, don’t let the timer run out.
Don’t give up on your growth.
You have what it takes to step out of stagnation, once and for all.
Your friendly coach,
Ellicia
