Loving What Is

More than ever I feel present.

I feel peaceful.

I feel myself surrendering instead of trying to calculate the outcomes ahead of time.

I feel the high volume of my anxiety slowly turning down.

I truly feel happy and whole.

I find myself catching all the, “shoulds” in my mind and responding to them with, “I’m not arguing with reality anymore.”

I just want to share this book with everyone.

It is lifesaving and I have taken to her directions so naturally.

I love knowing that the future is none of my business.
